We are consulting a steel producer for a new wide plate mill with a capacity of 1 mio. t/year in process and machine technology. According the different stages of the project like planning before contract of supply, design, manufacturing and purchasing, commissioning and training, start up and operation we arranged a team of experts.

Our main activities since 2003 are to check the design for the process, plant (lay out) and machines, the services of the seller according state of the art and contract, the productivity of the plant regarding the product mix in contract and market conditions, the possible operation including production, maintenance and quality management. We check the cost for the buyer like foundations made directly by the buyer depending of the lay out and machine design made by the supplier. We made also the acceptance tests in the manufacturer’s workshops.
