Our proposal / offer of HEEPP as a supplier can be based on existing mills, so called 2nd hand equipment. Our general proposal can split into two parts 
 
Prpoposal 1: 
 
on " AS IT IS" basis and
 
Proposal 2: 
 
on "TURN KEY" basis - supply of all engineeering, equipment & services 
 
We are not only in the position to sel equipment as it is like the typical 2nd hand dealer, but due to our main activities and capacity of our experienced engineers as mil designers and operators we are in the position, to ofer al necessary engineering and services, to design, to manufacture, to erect, to commission and to manage and operate such mils. Therefore our Proposal 2 about turn key supply includes the existing , modified and new equipment, but also al necessary engineering and services to build, to start and operate a complete plant.
 
In each specific case the right choice must be decided under technical and economical aspects.
 
1. the local and/or international market conditions for the final products of the new production must be carefuly investigated
 
2. the product mix for the new production must be decided under the market conditions
 
3. the production process & plant must be designed according 1st & 2nd
 
4. now after 1st to 3rd it can be looked for a suitable 2nd – hand mil, which meet these requirements at best or if it does not meet it 100 % , it must be investigated, which modifications and additional equipment are necessary, to meet it 100%.
 
Both – new designed process, lay out and new manufactured equipment or 2nd hand plants & equipment can be of diferent quality depending of the design and investment cost.  
 
2nd hand does not mean in any case old equipment, but it can be old not suitable equipment regarding technical and commercial aspects. 
 
By diferent reasons plants and machines are available as 2nd hand, which are new, not used, not erected, just erected or in original packed condition.
 
But also used 2nd hand plants and machines, which were continuously carefuly operated, well maintained and modernized can be beter than new manufactured plants and machines with tough restrictions in the investment cost or which are designed by not realy qualified designers.
 
In the case of 2nd hand plants and machines it is good to know the final products made at the existing plant regarding quality and production cost and the customers of the products, because only a good designed and maintained plant can produce quality for critical customers with high quality standards and economical cost. It is also good to make an own investigation by seeing the equipment and documents like drawings etc.
 
We at HEEPP have the qualified engineers, to decide with you - our customer – for a new manufactured plant or machine or a 2nd hand and we have also together the capability to choose the right design. Our engineers are from 1st class plant & machine designers but also operators of such plants. Therefore we can make al necessary activities like feasibility study, general and detail planning of the process and plant, design of the machines, selection of the right solution – new manufactured or 2nd hand and which one – all activities up to start up of the plant and furthermore the management or management assistance for the 1st production period. We can also organise the marketing organisation.
